Refund Policy

At InvenzeeHub, we are committed to providing genuine value to every employer. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan.

1. Subscription Plans

All plans (1-month, 3-month, 6-month) are prepaid and activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Features such as candidate unlocks and active job posts are available right away.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• Payment was deducted but your account was not activated within 24 hours.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same plan in the same billing cycle.
• A technical failure on our end prevented any access to your plan features throughout its validity.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

• You changed your mind after the plan was activated.
• Candidate unlocks or job postings were not used during the validity period.
• Account was suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
• Requests for partial refunds on unused days remaining in a plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@invenzeehub.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Payment receipt or UPI / bank transaction ID
• Clear reason for the refund request

Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment source.

5. Plan Upgrades

To upgrade before your current plan expires, contact support. The remaining value will be adjusted proportionally toward the new plan cost.

6. GST on Refunds

As per Indian tax law, GST paid on subscriptions is non-refundable. Approved refunds (where applicable) cover only the base plan amount, excluding GST.
