Process: Voice & Chat Support Number of Openings: 300 Location: Vijay Nagar
Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and chat support, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support for customers
● Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
● Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets
Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
● Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
● Good communication skills in Hindi & English
● Basic computer knowledge required
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure
● Willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment)
Salary & Benefits:
● Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
