3. **Role Summary**
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our new hires, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging transition into our dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for orchestrating an exceptional onboarding experience, from offer acceptance through to their successful integration, fostering a positive initial impression and setting the stage for long-term success within our consultancy.

4. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the entire pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle for all new employees across India.
* Prepare and process all necessary new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
* Coordinate and deliver engaging orientation sessions, introducing new employees to our culture, values, benefits, and operational procedures.
* Act as a central point of contact, liaising effectively with various internal departments (IT, HR Operations, Managers) to ensure new hires have necessary resources and system access.
* Facilitate the completion of all pre-employment checks and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
* Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to continuously identify opportunities for enhancing the onboarding process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date new hire records within the HRIS and other relevant systems.
* Develop and update onboarding materials, guides, and resources to ensure they are current and effective.

5. **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2-4 years) in HR, talent acquisition, or dedicated onboarding roles, with a strong understanding of hiring processes and best practices.
* Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
