We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in India. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for our US clients, focusing on identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier IT talent. You will play a crucial role in expanding our workforce and ensuring successful project delivery.

4. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT positions across various technologies for US clients.
* Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct comprehensive phone screens to assess technical skills, communication abilities, cultural fit, and visa status.
* Coordinate interviews, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and market trends to effectively match candidates with suitable roles.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

5. **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* 2-5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment (staffing/consulting background preferred).
* In-depth understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and the US job market.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
* Proficiency in utilizing job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
* Familiarity with different US work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and time management skills.
